Since 1983, the year of the creation of the Chênes company, more than 4,000 houses have been built, on the strength of this experience, we have acquired the reputation of competent and serious builders, specialists in the construction of individual houses. We design and build houses of varied aesthetics, authentic or contemporary. Established in the central region and in the southern Paris region, we carry out various projects ranging from individual housing to the collective program and from “standard” homes to personalized villas. For the best service and optimal performance, we master all the steps and we make available to our customers.

Our experience and our know-how allow us to design together and for you, a house adapted to your needs, your desires, your lifestyle. We carry out most of our products with our own fellow masons and tilers. We have selected and retained regional co-processing partners who are experienced in our methods and which comply with precise specifications.
Through the technical description, we have made a rigorous selection of materials. Each chapter corresponds to a stage of construction and informs you, in complete transparency, of construction techniques as well as of the different choices of materials or services that you will have to carry out so that your house is a reflection of your expectations.
